In addition to the standard chat message, you can contact the person who posted the listing you are interested in by requesting a tour of the property. Once the request has been sent, you can view it at any time by accessing the [Messages](https://www.immobiliare.it/utente/messaggi/) section in your area.

**Important:** A visit request is not an actual reservation, but an indication of preferences that will be shared with the advertiser. She will be responsible for contacting you to confirm the appointment.

Send a visit request from the detail of a listing  
  

In the upper right corner of the listing detail page, you will find the button to request a visit.

1.  Click on the **Request Visit** button
2.  Choose how to visit the property: **in person** or **remotely** (by video call with the agent)
3.  Select the **days** and **time slots** when you are available for the visit
4.  Click on **Continue**
5.  Enter your name, email, and optionally the phone number at which you would like to be contacted.
6.  Click on **Send Request**

When completed, you will receive an email confirmation of successful submission.

Submit a visit request from the results list  
  

1.  Click on the Visit button found below the listing description of interest.

2.  Click on the **Visit** button
3.  Choose how to visit the property: **in person** or **remotely** (by video call with the agent)

7.  Click on **Submit Request**

When completed, you will receive an 'email confirmation of successful submission.
